Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern your use of Notifify ("the App"). By downloading and using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Local notifications are best-effort by iOS design and may be delayed, suppressed, or skipped due to:

Focus modes or Do Not Disturb
Low Power Mode
Recent device reboot or low storage
System load or internal throttling
The iOS 64 pending-notification limit

Important: Do not use the App for safety-critical purposes such as medical dosing, hazardous operations, or financial transactions where reliable notification is required. The developer is not liable for any damages resulting from missed or delayed notifications.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Interfere with or attempt to interfere with the operation of the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except to the extent permitted by law
Use the App to infringe the rights of third parties
Generate fraudulent ad clicks or impressions

4. Advertising

The App is supported by banner ads served by Google AdMob. Refer to the Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and its associated content belong to bmf-san. For open-sourced portions, reuse is governed by the license of the GitHub repository.

6. Changes and Termination

The developer may change specifications or terminate the App at any time without prior notice and is not liable for any damages arising therefrom.

7. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be notified through the app or GitHub repository.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the developer's address as the court of first instance.
