Conditions of use and disclaimers for Notifify.

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your use of Notifify (“the app”). By downloading or using the app, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. Disclaimer

The app is provided as-is with no warranties of any kind. Local notifications on iOS are delivered on a best-effort basis and may be delayed, suppressed, or skipped in situations such as:

• Focus / Do Not Disturb modes
• Low Power Mode
• Immediately after a device restart, or under low storage
• OS load and internal throttling
• iOS’s 64 pending-notification per-app cap

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are prohibited:

• Any action that interferes, or may interfere, with the operation of the app
• Reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, or other attempts to analyze source code (except where permitted by law)
• Using the app to infringe on the rights of third parties
• Generating fraudulent ad clicks or impressions

4. Advertising

The app is supported by Google AdMob ads. See the Privacy Policy for details on how advertising data is handled.

5. Intellectual Property

Copyright in the app and related content belongs to bmf-san.

6. Changes and Termination

The developer may change the app’s specifications or discontinue the app without prior notice to users. The developer is not liable for any damages resulting from such changes.

7. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be revised as needed. Significant changes will be announced in the app’s release notes and on this page.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the developer’s address as the court of first instance.
